House Rules for the CityPointapartments

1. Arrival and Departure:

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. - On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 AM.

2. Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed in the suites and indoor areas.

3. Pets:

Pets are not permitted in our apartment. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Cleanliness:

Please keep the apartments clean and tidy. Upon departure, we ask you to load dishes into the dishwasher and dispose of the trash.

5. Noise Level:

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise should be avoided during these times.

6. Safety:

Please close the windows and your apartment door when leaving the apartment. We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.

7. Use of Appliances:

Please handle the appliances and furniture with care. Any damages must be reported immediately.

8. Visitors:

Please inform us about visitors not included in the booking. Overnight stays by external guests are not permitted.

9. Photoshoots:

Photoshoots of any kind are not allowed in our apartments.
